Bruny Island Premium Wines are a small family owned and operated vineyard/winery on picturesque South Bruny Island, approximately 1.5 hours south of Hobart (including a 15 minute vehicular ferry trip). Our wines are proudly grown, made and bottled by hand on Wayaree Estate.
The cellar door is open 7 days 11am to 5pm. Richard and Bernice Woolley welcome appointments and group bookings.
Simply delicious wine. Aromatics mellowing from flash, brash youth into a perfumed nose with subtler feijoa and honeysuckle. Palate has satisfying mouth feel and texture with the most mouth-watering lengthy grapefruit acidity balancing the finish to perfection.

Our inaugural Unwooded Pinot Noir is a beautiful lunch time wine, a pure fruit driven wine with strawberry, cherry and hints of caramel. Enjoy with your cheese platter, mushrooms or salmon.
Varietally definitive pungent aromatics; passionfruit, gooseberry, lemon, tropical fruits. Skilful winemaking avoids the middle palate hole so common in SB with a lengthy textured finish. A lot of oomph per sip.
